We pulled in quite a few fruits of our labor today. Look at this delicious bowl of chives. YUM!
The sliced zucchini I fried in olive oil and kosher salt. Delicious with just a tiny drop of ranch dressing mixed in. We also had some cooked and buttered green beans with our harvest lunch today.
The massive broccoli patch has begun to produce crowns! Next is to research how to cover them when it gets cold.
I am so glad I planted sunflowers with the veggies. They are so beautiful, and the critters seem to like them too!
Not sure if it was a squirrel or bird, but hey - glad we could help!
