'Tis the Season

Today was cookie decorating day.

We used some M&Ms this year, but no coconut for the angels' wings. Had to make do with white sugar.

(Back to the present...)

I mixed up some cream cheese frosting (whipped cream cheese + a little white sugar =easy and delicious) when we ran out of regular frosting.

I love this cookie.

Here are the kids making wrapping paper.
I was going to make potato stamps but ran out of time and energy. Stamps cut from sponges work well too, just be careful not to get the ones with antibacterial goo in them.



Here they are using rubber stamps. We have no ink pads, so they color with markers on them :o)



Also, I'm tired. When the kids go to sleep tonight, I think I will just relax.
